On August 6, 2018, a construction contract for the repair of Bridge 32 was executed by the Board of Commissioners. The Highway Department would like to thank the Bridge 32 Preservation Committee for their efforts in raising funds to preserve a century old structure. Nearly two years ago, the historical bridge was damaged in a hit and run accident, which was believed to be a piece of farm equipment. Because of the Preservation Committee’s dedication and fundraising efforts, Bridge 32 over Sugar Creek, will be restored to its original state soon.
